This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! the service was impeccable, with staff anticipating our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious, with a wide range of exclusive amenities that left us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. the Indoor swimming pool and Sauna were particularly impressive, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The only minor issue was that the outdoor swimming pool was somewhat small, although it was still a nice area to lounge and soak up the sun. Despite this, the Jacuzzi was the perfect temperature and provided a blissful view of the lush Garden area.

During my stay, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, with the metro station just steps away, making it easy to explore the city. Being close to Vadistanbul, a major shopping mall, added to the convenience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a decent gym and a relaxing pool. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great variety of food and delicious coffees and teas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made my visit special.

The staff was fairly friendly, the room was silent, bed was exceptionally comfortable. We had a buffet breakfast and liked the quality of the food. There was a heated pool on site too.

This hotel is truly luxurious, fulfilling all my exclusive amenities needs. the service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. the indoor swimming pool and spa centre were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful city. In-room breakfast was a great advantage being able to enjoy it in the private facilities. the restaurant served delicious Halal food and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind in the evenings. The location of the hotel was ideal, with great access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Cons: the only minor issue was that the Spa & wellness centre could have had more beauty treatment options. the massage service was excellent and certainly made up for it.

The lack of temperature control in the rooms can be bothersome, as guests are unable to adjust the thermostat. This may result in having to open windows for fresh air, which can lead to noise disturbance from outside.
